C’è chi a quarant’anni si sente vecchio….: Robert Marchand, ex vigile del fuoco francese, stabilisce il nuovo record mondiale over 100 percorrendo 22,547 km in un’ora e dice: «Avrei potuto far meglio, purtroppo non ho visto che mancavano gli ultimi dieci minuti.  Altrimenti sarei andato un po’ più veloce» 🙂 beh almeno la vista gli è un pò calata!!?

Robert è nato ad Amiens nel 1911 (ha quindi vissuto due guerre mondiali), ed ha cominciato ad andare in bicicletta solo a 67 anni!
